Welcome to your Desert Ranch Luxury Oasis with outdoor Resort amenities! Adventure and tranquility unfold across sun-kissed acreage with star gazing mountain views! This spacious sanctuary with 4br/3ba main house plus separate 1br/1ba casita is fully furnished for comfort! Gourmet kitchen and dining area, outdoor kitchen/BBQ, outdoor fireplace, custom pool and hot tub, adjustable height basketball and pickleball courts, 9-hole putting green, pool table and Level-2 EV charger!
Non smoking environment. smoking or vaping or use of recreational drugs are prohibited.
Please note that there is a Resort fee of $65/night. This is additional payment which is paid through Resolution Center and must be paid prior to arrival. This covers the use of the out door resort style amenities including the customer pool, hot tub, basketball and pickleball court, 9 hole putting greens, and entertainment room with pool table, foosball, exercise equipments and a cozy lounge.

Please let me know how many adults and children will be traveling with you so that we can provide age appropriate items for you the enjoy.

We welcome one service dog per booking. Please let your host know if you will be traveling with a service dog.

We continue to learn from our guests. Please review and agree to our house rule below:

1. The person booking the property must be present at the property.
2. No smoking cigarette, marijuana, no vaping, no usage of recreational drugs on the property are allowed.
3. No parties or events of any kind are allowed, including gatherings with unregistered guests that exceed the booked guest count. There is an additional $50/person fee.
4. Guests must respect quiet hours from 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM; loud music, shouting, or any noise that may disturb neighbors is not permitted at any time.

5. The maximum number of people on the property (day or night) may not exceed the number of guests on the reservation, unless pre-approved in writing.
6. If neighbors report excessive noise, parties, or disruptive behavior, guests may be required to leave immediately with no refund of booking fees, in line with Airbnb’s community disturbance and party policies.
7. Guests are responsible for any fines, citations, or penalties resulting from noise complaints, unauthorized parties, or disturbance to the community.
8. If you brought a service dog with you, please pick up after your dog. You are financially responsible for any damages caused by the dog.
9. For your safety, we installed external cameras on the property’s exterior only to help maintain a secure and comfortable environment for all guests during their stay.
10. No rough play or misuse of pool, hot tub, basketball backboard and hoop are allowed. Please remove jewelry like rings and bracelets prior to playing on the basketball backboard.
11. No Tampering with Fixtures: Do not tamper with or disable any installed fixtures, including security cameras, smart home devices, or other property valuables.
12. Fire Safety Integrity: Do not hang any items from the fire sprinkler
heads at any time, as this can cause them to discharge and lead to significant property damage.

Pool heating:

Please note ~ Pool can be heated for an additional $55/day during winter months. Request for pool heating must be made at least 2 days ahead of arrival date as the pool is able to be heated by a heat pump. Please be aware that due to cold overnight and or cold daytime temps, the heat pump is only able to raise the pool water temp approx. 30 degrees. For example if the over night temp is 40 degrees, the water temp will also be 40 degrees. The heat pump would only be able to heat the water to approx. 70 degrees. Most guest find 84 degrees to be ideal for swimming. If a guest chooses to heat the pool during times when the nightly temp is below 55 to 60 degrees, and the temp of the pool water doesn't reach a desired temp during the day (84 degrees), no refund of the pool heat fee will be given.
