Very nice holiday home (75 sqm) for 1 - 4 people in Zandt which is very quiet and surrounded by meadows, forest and fields. It also offers a beautiful view of the mountains.

In the 1st On the floor there are two cozy bedrooms (double and twin). In each bedroom there is a toilet with a sink. On the ground floor is the newly renovated living area with kitchen and dishwasher, in the living room the fireplace offers a cozy warmth. A furnished terrace and a small, fully fenced garden are also available for use.

In the vicinity there are beautiful hiking and biking trails, a nature park, and beautiful runs for the dog.

In the village (only approx. 750m) you will find everything you need for a relaxing, beautiful holiday: restaurants, butchers, supermarkets, banks, petrol stations, doctors, dentists, hairdressers, and many other shops. The tourist information is also in place.

It is only a few minutes to the wonderful spa town after Bad Kötzting. Here you will find a wonderful wellness area with indoor and outdoor pools and various saunas. In addition, a beautiful spa park and casino.

For cheap shopping, our neighboring country is the Czech Republic, only about 25 km away.

The house can accommodate up to 6 people with 2 bedrooms and a pull-out comfortable sofa, fireplace, dishwasher and 2 satellite TVs. There is always a contact person on site and you will get all the information you need to experience and do great things.
There are many things to do in the area. A wonderful experience for children too. On request, we also offer dog training with a professional trainer so that your four-legged friend can also have a great holiday.
