The primary bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, while the built-in twin bunk beds in the hallway provide additional sleeping space. Located directly across Beach Boulevard from the pristine Gulf State Park Beach, this condo offers a peaceful coastal experience with nearly ¾ mile of uncrowded shoreline and no nearby buildings or parking access—making it easy to relax, spread out, and truly enjoy the beach.

Inside, the condo is finished with luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout and offers a bright, welcoming living space. Unwind in the living room with a 55" Smart TV, while the bedroom includes a 43" Smart TV for added comfort and privacy. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, a dining table, and four bar stools, making it perfect for meals at home. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit for longer stays.

Step out onto your private balcony to take in beautiful, unobstructed views of Gulf State Park Beach and the pier. Beach access is just across Beach Boulevard via a nearby access path, and because this condo sits at the east end of the development, the beach is typically far less crowded than other nearby areas.

Parking
• The parking fee is included in the total amount(max 1 car).
• 1 extra pass can be purchased on-site depending on availability.
Things to know
• The bunk bed is in the hallway area.
• Pool is open from 8am-10pm.
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old
House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
