NEW luxury apartment with 2 bedrooms and heated pool
These non-smoking apartments are located in the holiday complex 'La Chiripa' on a hill in the San Fernando district above La Paz, in the immediate vicinity of the Taoro Park. The park is ideal for walking and jogging.
This luxury renovated apartment in "La Chiripa" in February 2020 has 2 bedrooms and 2 balconies on the 3rd Upper floor with a breathtaking view of the sea, the city and the Teide.
Watch out! The inside photos are sample photos !!!
The La Chiripa complex consists of 6 floors and is equipped with 2 lifts and a large pool (23m) heated in winter. There are plenty of loungers and parasols in the pool area. The table tennis table can also be used, racquets are to be brought along.
The self-caterer can provide newspapers, fresh bread rolls, fruit and vegetables etc. in the shops in the immediate vicinity.
Free WiFi can be used in the apartment (stable since 03/2019). In the apartment everything you need is fully equipped.
