Perfect location 20 mins from the beach and 10 mins from Henry Cowell Redwoods state park. The house was very spacious, cozy feeling we felt like we were at home. Quiet neighborhood made it enjoyable to sit out in the deck and see the views. Highly recommend if you’re in the Santa Cruz area this is a great place to stay.

Great place especially if you are headed to Santa Cruz to ride mountain bikes, minutes from all the good stuff at UCSC and empire grade. Real nice place, would love to own a house in this neighborhood.

Very cute and comfortable house in a nice neighborhood convenient to Santa Cruz and Monterey. We appreciated the living room with comfortable furniture for.visiting with family. Kitchen was well equipped. Our granddaughter really enjoyed the piano too!

Our stay was great! We spent a lot of time on the deck. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Communication with host was great. We spent the first day in Monterey Bay whale watching, then checked into the house and went to Roaring Camp the next day, and spent a day in Santa Cruz. great trip.

Took a trip from So cal to Nor cal for a wedding. It would have way expensive to meet a cabin at the waterfall lodge to fit the amount for family that came up with me so the home was very convenient spacious and indeed peaceful I recommend this place to anyone who is looking to spend a few nights in this area
