The fantastic view extends over Lake Massacciucoli to the sea of the Versilia coast with the long sandy beaches. When visibility is good, the "Leaning Tower" of Pisa and the island of Elba can be seen. The detached rustic stone house on a large, well-kept garden plot has been lovingly restored by the owners down to the smallest detail. The cozy, stylish interior with a fireplace ensures a comfortable living atmosphere. Activities nearby: Fine sandy beaches on the long Versilia coast. Viareggio with an elegant palm promenade with numerous restaurants and shops. Impressive marina. Excursions to Lucca, Pisa and Florence are a MUST. Visit Carrara with the well-known white marble quarries. Note: The landlord is occasionally present in a part on the ground floor with a terrace, separate entrance and can also use the pool. If the pool is to be heated, this must be done 10 days beforehand Arrival to be registered. Depending on the temperature, the costs for this are EUR 500 to EUR 700 per week.
