Holiday house with pool near the long, beautiful sandy beaches of the Versilia coast. The tastefully furnished house in the country house style is located on the well-tended lawn with palm trees. With a living space of 160 square meters, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms there is enough space for up to seven people. All rooms are on the ground floor. Your favorite spot is sure to be the wonderful terrace, perfect for a long breakfast and long barbecues. Relax in the large pool or play table tennis or table football for a change. The gently sloping sandy beaches of Lido di Camaiore, which can be reached in around 15 minutes by car, are ideal for children. Stroll along the palm beach promenade with shops and caf & eacute
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The landlord comes regularly to the pool and garden maintenance. There are about 180 m sandy path to the house.

Das Haus hat an sich eine schöne Aufteilung, einen schönen Garten, auch der Pool ist schön. Die drei Bäder sind gut, aber man sollte keine deutschen Standards erwarten. hier ist erheblicher Sanierungsstau. Der Wohnbereich ist schön groß, bietet allen genug Platz. Die Küche ein wenig klein. Ausreichend Geschirr war im wesentlichen vorhanden. Die überdachte Terrasse bietet viel Platz einen großen Tisch. Leider war der Pool Service zu selten, wodurch er durch die Regentage dann fast gekippt ist. Der Besitzer hat dann alles getan, damit wir Ihn wieder nutzen konnten. Das Haus ist nicht einfach zu finden, was auf der einen Seite schön ist, da man wirklich für sich ist. Geschäfte sind per Auto innerhalb von 10 Minuten gut erreichbar. Alles in allem schön, aber eben in den Standards darf man die Erwartung nicht zu hoch setzen.

Das Ferienhaus ist schon einmal sehr schwer zu finden. Aber an sich dafür auch eine schöne ruhige Lage. Das Haus ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bäder weißen ordentliche Mängel auf. Fugen kaputt, Schimmel in den Fugen, was für den Preis und Bewertung Ihres Unternehmens nicht zu dem Haus passen. Der Vermieter ist an sich sehr nett, aber war unseres Erachtens zu wenig bemüht den Pool mit Service zu versehen. Wenn man den Preis des Hauses, der von uns bezahlt wurde und den Preis, der ab nächstem Jahr aufgerufen wird nimmt, dann stimmt hier das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis absolut leider nicht. Auch beim Geschirr ist zu kritisieren, dass weniger Gläser vorhanden waren, wie Gäste ins Haus passen. Trotzdem konnten wir uns erholen, würden das Haus aber nicht noch einmal in diesem Zustand zu diesem Preis buchen.
