About this property

Stay-4-Awhile, Modern, comfy home in Wilmington DE

Semi-detached featuring 3 bedrooms, a full bath and two (2) half baths. Master bedroom has a King bed, spare bedroom has an adjustable Queen bed. Large finished area in the basement with 1/2 bath. Off the kitchen is an enlosed porch leading to a fenced in back yard. Nice long driveway and street parking as well. Come Stay-4-Awhile!

Communication through the Airbnb App is preferred.

For stays longer than 14 days, a mandatory cleaning is required. Guest will be sent a $150 pay request every 14 days for a 3-hour cleaning by my professional cleaning staff. This will be coordinated with the host.
Any visitors will need to have prior approval.

No rearranging of any furniture

No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere inside the property. I reserve the right to charge a $500 instant penalty, plus extra cleaning fees and cost of future lost business, if the home smells of smoke.

No shoes or food allowed upstairs. Professional carpet cleaning fee will be charged for any damage to carpet.

THIS IS A SHORT-TERM/MID-TERM RENTAL FOR THE TIME SET FORTH IN THE BOOKING RESERVATION. IT IS UNDERSTOOD AND ACCEPTED BY ALL PARTIES THAT, AS A GUEST, YOU DO NOT HAVE TENANT RIGHTS. AS THE GUEST, YOU AGREE TO VACATE THE PROPERTY AND RETAIN ALL OF YOUR PERSONAL PROPERTY AT THE AGREED TIME AND DATE FOR CHECK-OUT OR IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT YOU ARE TRESPASSING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Empty personal items from the FRIDGE AND FREEZER
Clean dishes and EMPTY THE DISHWASHER to put dishes up
Make sure the SHEETS, TOWELS, KITCHEN and OTHER LINENS are gathered at least and left by the laundry area or it's more helpful if you wash and dry or even wash and leave drying if possible, thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
