The kids loved the ping pong table and the dock on the canal. The house had everything you could need. Beds were super comfortable. The host was so gracious and let us have a late check out. Only thing that would could have made the stay better would have been if the pool heater was turned on before we arrived as the pool was freezing and it didn’t heat up until enough to use until our last day there. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and we’d be back in a second.

The host was very responsive, the place was very nice, the pool was heated upon request, and stayed heated throughout our stay. Kayaked one day, but canal was low so it was a little difficult to get in/out, but still was a nice option to have. Bed was comfortable (stayed in the master bedroom). The area felt safe and was pretty quiet. Close to our favorite restaurant Twisted lobster which has delicious reef and beef (steak/lobster) deals. About 20-30 min from Fort Meyers, 40-60min depending on traffic from Sanibel island, and 4 min up the road is a Walmart/ Aldis. Pretty centrally located to good food places and not too far from good beaches/more popular areas. Only complaint is that on our last night there, a realtor walked in attempting to do a showing in the afternoon, had we not been there I am not sure they would’ve known someone was staying there, and all our stuff was out, which was a concern. Thankfully we were there and they didn’t end up doing a showing, but again did not care for that. We did let the host know and they apologized/ said they would look into it. Other than that it was the perfect place and we had a great stay.
