Welcome to Fin & Tonic, a spacious and family-friendly 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation home with a private heated pool, centrally located in Cape Coral. Designed for comfort and connection, this home offers plenty of room to relax with both a living room and a family room—perfect for families and groups traveling together.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and a Keurig coffee maker, making meals and morning coffee easy. The open layout flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, ideal for gathering.

Sleeping arrangements are flexible and comfortable. The primary bedroom features a king bed and private en-suite bathroom with a relaxing garden tub and walk-in shower. Guest bedroom one offers a queen bed, while guest bedroom two includes a Queen over Queen bunk bed—perfect for kids or extra guests. Additional sleeping space is available in the family room with a queen sofa bed, twin sofa bed, and an air mattress.

Step outside to enjoy the screened-in heated pool, perfect for year-round swimming. The covered lanai offers comfortable seating for relaxing or enjoying time together outdoors.

Garbage pickup is Monday. We kindly ask that trash cans be placed at the curb Sunday night.
Before departure, please gather all used towels and wash and dry one load. This helps ensure timely cleaning for incoming guests.
