The space Primary bedroom suite has a newly renovated primary bathroom attached. The hall bath is available for the other two Queen rooms. Each room boasts luxury mattress and towels. Games are available on the bookshelf for adults and children. Walkable to a park and lots of great eateries!

Other things to note The yard is not fully fenced in, and there is a tall retaining wall in the backyard without a railing. It is not recommended that any approved pets be left unattended in the yard.
This is a non-smoking home! If it is discovered that smoking has occurred then an additional fee will be incurred and added to your total charges. If you do smoke outside, you MUST dispose of your cigarette butts respectfully and not toss them all over the yard.
This is a quiet family neighborhood and that should be respected by any guests at the home.
