The kitchen features a refrigerator, microwave, sandwich maker, toaster, air fryer, water dispenser, electric coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, coffee machine, blender, electric kettle, two-burner induction cooktop, drinking glasses, and a full set of pots. It also includes an electric iron and ironing board for added convenience.

The bedroom with closet offers blackout curtains, air-conditioning, a 50-inch Smart TV, a full-length mirror, and bedside lamps, creating a comfortable and well-organized environment.

The bathroom includes an hairdryer, exhaust fan, and electric shower, ensuring comfort and practicality throughout your stay.

The condominium offers excellent infrastructure in its common areas, carefully designed to provide comfort and well-being to its residents. The laundry room is equipped with modern machines that make the washing and drying process easier, ensuring convenience for everyone.
