*The pool heating fee is $85 per night and charged after booking. A heated pool is not like a hot tub and will range from 85-88 degrees. The pool can be heated from November to May depending on weather.

**Please be aware there is a Ring doorbell at the front door that records video and audio upon motion. There is also a security camera pointing towards the driveway and front door. The second security camera looks over the backyard. These are in place for your safety and protection!! DO NOT touch or tamper with the cameras. Doing so will result in immediate eviction with NO refund as well as a $250 fine. THERE ARE NO CAMERAS INSIDE THE HOME.
