Beautiful West Bay Beach large 4 br with pool.

Welcome to Casa Familia. Bring the whole family to this beautiful beach house with lots of room for everyone. We have a fantastic West Bay Beach location (3 minute walk to beach beside the Henry Morgan Hotel). Direct access to the beach. This 4 BR/4 Ba property includes a 3 BR main house and the 1 BR ground floor apartment . The house features spacious indoor and outdoor living spaces, fantastic private pool, covered palapa area, huge screened porch. West Bay Beach stunner Construction special(25% off) August 2nd - Dec. 14 , 2025. We are building a guest house at the front of the property. There will be builders on site 8:00 am -4:00 pm. No construction happening to this house, just some potential building noise. Casa Familia is a classic Caribbean beach house. We are an easy 3-5 minute walk to the beach (our short street literally ends at a fantastic west bay beach access). We can also provide a golf cart if you want the added convenience to the beach). The house have very generous indoor and outdoor spaces. Upstairs are 3 well sized bedrooms, large kitchen/Family room, 3 baths and a large wrap around, screened in covered porch. Downstairs is a one bedroom suite with another kitchen and bathroom. Overall approximately 3000 sq ft under the roof. Indoor and outdoor dining tables. The main house underwent a major renovation (Dec. 2024) We have a golf cart on site, available for $15per day or $75 per week for the 4 seater and $20day and $100 / week for the 6 seater. Cannot be used to travel on the main road just our local community. (Beach and back) Inquire about availability at time of booking, pay at the property. please note that the cart is not a part of the rental, if for some reason it is not working we do not have a replacement readily available. All guests using the cart are responsible for any potential damage while in possession. The bedrooms and common areas all have individual AC units (replaced in 2021/2022). There are 7 units in total. The backyard features a large pool/covered Palapa/sundeck. This offers over 1000 sq ft of outdoor deck space and seating for easily 12 people. The kitchen is well appointed, (we do not supply seasonings or anything other than water in coolers). But we have most of the dishes, small appliances and flatware that people expect. We supply high quality linens, bath and beach towels, beach chairs and loungers at the beach and coolers are in the hall closet. Cable Smart TV and wifi is provided throughout the casa. The four bedroom configuration of casa family consists of a 3 br/3 ba main house and a 1 Br/1 Ba ground level apartment. They are part of the same structure but have separate entrances. We strive to provide our guests with all the amenities we would want on our vacation. We hope you love the house as much as we do! If there are any activities you are interested in please let us know and we’re glad to help. We have special arrangements in place for Diving, catamaran tours and all other island tours. Guests will have access to the entire main home, ground level apartment, laundry room, pool, palapa and pool deck. Guests of Casa Familia have easy access to center West Bay Beach location (beach chairs and towels provided). Guests of Casa Familia enjoy special discounts at Gula restaurant (beside Henry Morgan) great Italian food and wine selection (great quality at very reasonable prices). Arrange reservations through our property manager to enjoy the discounts. There is also discounts available for their daily beach club pass. Also nearby Casa Familia guests can enjoy complementary beach chairs at Beachers Restaurant (with drink or food purchase small charge on tues - Thursday). We are available to help you with questions about the house, neighborhood, dining options, tours and transportation. You can contact us anytime before and during your trip, we usually respond within a few hours at most. We have a local property manager who will meet you at the property and will also be available to address any questions or issues throughout your stay. Emerald Beach is a small and established community in West Bay Beach. Emerald Beach has an excellent West Bay Beach access point (between the Henry Morgan and Argentinian Grill) . The Casa is walking distance to dozens of restaurants, bars, shops and water taxis that can take you to even more options in the West End. As West Bay Beach locations go, the community of Emerald Beach is one of the best. You are easy walking distance to dozens of restaurants, bars and shops. Water taxis are available at the beach (Infinity Bay or Foster's docks), and land taxis are available as well. If you want to rent a car there are several very good rental companies on the island we are glad to refer you to ones we have used. We have plenty if parking, if you have a car please park it at the casa and don’t drive to the beach, there is no public parking at the beach.
