We had a great stay in the house. The location was close to everything we needed. The communication was very good with the owner/property management. The pool was a definite plus.

The house was great for a big group! Equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. Awesome private backyard which isn’t easy to come by in the area. The location was great and a quick uber to great bars and restaurants. Definitely would book it again!

Excellent customer service from the host. The ice maker wasn’t working properly so I texted the host (very late at night) and was texted back immediately. Someone came to fix it the next morning and also brought 2 bags of ice. Beautiful house with everything you need for a stay.

Beautiful property. Clean. Pool was nice but the pump did not run the entire time we were there. We notified the host & we were told they were getting their team. No one came out. We were not able to swim one of the days we were there. The AC didn't run on the 2nd floor the first night. We reached out the next morning & we were told they were getting with their team. No one came out. We located a manual with an explanation of how to set the temperature on each floor. If we had not come across the manual, we would have spent another night without are on the second floor. Freezer froze up & we had to remove a huge chunk of ice to get it resolved. We had no ice the first 2 days. We asked for some type of refund or an extra night for all the inconvenience. We were offered to pay 400 for an extra night as we were leaving to check out. We did not receive check-out procedures until 15 minutes before checking out. Communication was quick and apologetic. No response once we check back in regarding concerns. Other: spiders everywhere, wasp nests (we took care of these), shower head fell off, curdled coffee creamer,
