2. **Number of Pets**: We allow a maximum of two pets per reservation.
3. **Pet Fees**: A non-refundable pet fee of $25/night per pet (1 pet only) and $35/night per pet (if 2 pets) will be charged to cover additional cleaning expenses.
4. **Size and Breed Restrictions**: We only accommodate SMALL dogs. While we do not impose breed restrictions, we ask that you consider the size of our property and whether it will comfortably accommodate your pet. Aggressive breeds are not permitted.
5. **Behavior and Etiquette**: Pets must be well-behaved and under control at all times. Excessive barking, aggression, or any other disruptive behavior may result for extra charges.
6. **Supervision**: Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless they are crated and it has been established that they are comfortable in their crate. Please provide your own crate.
7. **Cleaning Up After Your Pet**: Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both indoors and outdoors. Waste bags will be provided for your convenience.
8. **Damages**: Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets to the property or its contents. Additional charges may apply for repairs or replacements.
