Enjoy a king bed with a Nectar mattress, a queen bed, twin beds, a bunk bed, a futon in the sunroom, a rollaway twin, and both a full‑size crib and child bed with GreenGuard‑certified organic mattresses. High‑quality linens, pillows, and seasonal blankets are provided for a restful stay.

Two full bathrooms offer fresh towels, showers (one with a bathtub), hair products, and hair dryers for your convenience.

Outdoor Living & Waterfront Access
Step outside and experience the best of lagoon‑front living. Three decks, a paver patio, a large yard, a brand‑new gas grill, and a firepit with generous seating create the perfect setting for outdoor dining and relaxation.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip beds and leave the sheets in the downstairs bathtub Leave all used towels on the floor in the downstairs bathroom, hang wet towels if possible. Scrape the grill after last use, turn off gas.
Blue trash cans to the curb Sunday or Saturday if checkout Return when possible. Green can to the curb on Monday or on Saturday or Sunday i Return when possible No trash in the yard!
Return all equipment to its original location. Return all dishes, glassware, pots and pans and kitchen appliances to original location. Note pictures posted inside of cabinets.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Kindly request that shoes be left at the entries in provided shoe baskets.
