*** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. An authorization for a $300 security deposit is also required. The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file. ***
***Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of the lake will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th. Keep in mind that this property sits in a cove where the water levels are not as high as other areas of the lake. When the lake is lowered it will be completely dry with no visible water at all.***
***We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash, and taken to the curb the night before trash day to avoid a $100 fine.***
