Your space includes a bedroom with a queen and bunk bed, plus a living room with another bunk and a sofa bed. The bathroom features a tiled shower, heater, towel warmer, and auto fixtures.
The highlight is the private clubhouse: a shared 600sqft space with a full gym and a game room packed with a pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, basketball, stereo, and arcade consoles loaded with 70+ games. Explore the property’s year-round stream for relaxation or a cool swim, and watch for deer, bear, and bobcats.
For supplies and dining, the charming town of Monterey is just a 7-minute drive away, offering restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, and local shops.
