***Aqua Park and Frog Pad are open all year around, but typically turned off during the off-season to conserve energy. However, these two amenities can be activated upon a guest's request at any time. You may simply ask any Splash Stuff member to turn them on for you. Please note that the water in these parks is not heated, as it is not feasible to maintain constant heating for running water.

-Please note - All Resort amenities are managed by a third party and could be closed at any time for reasons out of our control. If any amenities will not be available during your stay for any unexpected/emergency/ repairs/renovation, and other reasons, it is out of our control and it will not be a reason for a refund to be issued.

REQUIRED ID/AGE RESTRICTION Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Violation of this rule results in forfeiture of stay and deposit. ID and Minimum age verification is reconfirmed upon checkin.

NO SMOKING/NO VAPING/NO Pets: This is a non-smoking/pet free unit.There will be a fine, forfeiture of stay and required reimbursement for all costs of deodorization ( which could be thousands of dollars) if smoking occurs in the unit. This rule is strictly enforced and closely monitored.

*The parking fee is $35 and will be charged for every vehicle, motorcycle, boat, and trailer. For example, if you have 2 cars each car will be registered and will be charged $35. If you bring a boat, you will be charged additional parking fees. The $35 parking fee should be paid directly to the Resort during the time of registration. This $35 parking fees cover the whole of your stay.

Once paid in full, a confirmation email is sent to you through VRBO. 24 hours prior to check in an informational packet, including the keyless code for entry of the unit, directions to the unit, checkout instructions, etc.will be sent to you via email. NOTE: it is critical you provide an accurate email address when you book!
