This adorable 1948 log cabin has been updated to the present, with modern, clean lines and streamlined decor. With its hot tub and a huge yard under the pines, Boulder Bay Getaway brings you nature and comfort in a compact, thoughtful package. The living room gives rustic a modern twist, with the traditional vaulted ceiling and suspended beams over beautiful leather seating, a wood-burning fireplace and a large bean-bag chair. French doors open to an office space for tying up loose strings at work or retreating to play on the arcade game. A windowed dining nook is ideal for forest-gazing during meals from the gorgeous, updated kitchen, with its farmhouse sink, gas range, stainless-steel appliances, custom backsplash and washer/dryer. A subway-tiled walk-in shower is the star of the updated bath. A main-level bunk room sleeps four; upstairs, a king bed sweetly tucked under the eaves promises privacy and peaceful views out to the pines.
Located just a half mile from Boulder Park and even closer to the Lake, Boulder Bay Getaway gives your guests lots of places to explore on foot. The Village, with its shopping, dining, events and fun, is a five-minute car ride away; skiing or hiking in the mountains is only a bit further. • No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than 3 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Registered person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM
• Check-out time is 10 AM

(A maximum of 2 adults allowed per bedroom per City of Big Bear Lake ordinance, 4 Adults Total with the balance of any occupancy beyond that must be made up of children under the age of 18 up to the full permitted occupancy of 6 Total allowed. No Over Occupancy.)

Per the City of Big Bear Lake, the primary guest for your reservation is required to acknowledge and sign the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy prior to gaining access to the rental property. Guests are also required to provide government identification prior to going to the rental property.

Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
City of Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy.
The following policy is required by the City of Big Bear Lake, and has been copied verbatim from city documents.
Do not exceed the occupancy limit.
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard.
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7.
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take trash to dumpster locations.
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41970 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.
Fines.
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction.
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.

Check-in and key pick-up must be by the person named on the reservation, they must be over 25 years of age and they must present the credit card used to pay for the reservation, along with a matching photo I.D. On your departure, all keys must be returned to our office. There is a key box outside our office where keys may be dropped off if your departure is outside our regular office hours.
