This beautifully remodeled one-bedroom bungalow sits on the quiet street, away from the road noise with a spacious private fenced patio where you can enjoy stunning mountain views, lounge seating, and a BBQ grill. It's the perfect spot for morning coffee, relaxing afternoons, and alfresco dinners under the stars. Inside, three floor-to-ceiling sliders and clerestory windows bring in natural light and create a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. The bedroom features a brand-new king-sized bed with hotel-quality linens, and the updated bathroom includes a walk-in glass shower with both rain and handheld showerheads.



A full kitchen with modern appliances makes dining in a breeze, while the convenient washer and dryer are located just off the patio in their own closet — perfect for longer stays. The living area offers stylish mid-century furnishings, with a workspace desk, fast WiFi, and smart TVs in both the bedroom and living room with cable included. A rollaway bed is available on request for flexible sleeping arrangements, making the space comfortable for two adults plus children.

Guests also have access to Ocotillo Lodge's resort-style amenities: the famous Champagne Cork-shaped pool, two hot tubs, retro fitness center, tiki-style Sunshine Bar, and beautifully landscaped grounds that attracted the era's Hollywood stars.

Check-out time is 10 AM



No more than 1 car at the house at any time.



The Neighborhood:

Unbeatable location and steps away to local favorites like Koffi, El Mirasol, and a variety of popular restaurants, hangouts, spas and boutiques. Virtually no air traffic noise and much calmer breezes than the north part of town. Fabulous mcm architecture and neighborhood walks are just out the door.



Getting Around:

Downtown Palm Springs, hiking trails, golf courses, pickleball and cultural attractions are just a short drive or bike ride away.



Other Things to Note:

Per the City of Palm Springs, all adult guests (18 years and older) are required to read and provide written acknowledgment of the Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure prior to gaining access to the rental property. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. The primary guest is also required to provide details for all guests' vehicles staying at the property.



No music or sound from sound-producing devices (TVs, Cell Phones, Radios, etc) is permitted outside the home per local ordinance. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 10 am.

Interaction with Guests:

Local regulations also require that the property manager meet you within 24 hours of your arrival to verify your identity and review local ordinances. We will reach out after booking to assist in scheduling a virtual check-in.

Per the City of Palm Springs ordinance, we are required to conduct a face-to-face check-in within 24 hours of your arrival, which will be completed virtually with a member of our team. Our team will reach out to you to schedule this meeting, which will be conducted via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
