This condo features three bedrooms, each offering a cozy and private retreat. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, TV, patio access with views and its own en-suite bathroom with large vanity and shower/tub combo. The second bedroom offers 2 twin beds and an ensuite bath with walk in shower.



The third bedroom offers a queen bed with ensuite bathroom walk-in shower. The outdoor living spaces are a highlight of this property. Guest Access:

To comply with City of Palm Desert vacation rental regulations, all guests must complete an in-person check-in at our office prior to accessing the property. During check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary reservation holder, provide your welcome packet, and issue property keys. The guest who made and paid for the reservation must be present and must be at least 25 years old. Our office is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after business hours, please contact our office in advance so we can arrange an alternative check-in procedure.

Per local ordinance, all guests are presented local Good Neighbor Policies to abide by during their stay. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation.

Palm Valley is a private residential community. Guests must observe occupancy and parking limits, display parking permits, and follow quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pool hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM; glass, pets, and loud music are prohibited in pool areas. Pets must remain leashed, and the private golf course may not be used for walking, biking, or other recreational activities.



The primary guest will be required to review and sign Palm Valley’s Good Neighbor Guidelines at check-in, acknowledging responsibility for everyone in their party. Violations may result in fines or removal from the property.



Interaction with Guests:

An arrival email will be sent during the week before your arrival with information on access for your rental and information on your reservation.
