Villa Almond is set away from the summer crowd and buzz, half way between Split and Omiš, in small village Tugare, nestled below the mountain Mosor.
Provides all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Consist of 2 floors. On the first floor there are the kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet and it can accommodate up to 6 persons. It has two bedrooms and a large sofa in the living room which converts into double bed, so it can accommodate up to 6 persons. On the groundfloor there is bedroom, kitchenette with bed,and bathroom with shower so it can accomodate up to 3 persons. There are three parking places available. Fenced yard with the pool, loungers, sunbathing area, roofed outdoor and kitchen with BBQ and dining area on shaded terrace where you can enjoy in clean air and a view of the green countryside landscape.

Situated close to the river canyon and sea cost the region offers lots of outdoor activities around Omiš such as water rafting, climbing, hiking, canoeing and mountain biking.
The property is placed 20 min drive away from the vivid city of Split and 15 min drive from the picturesque little town of Omiš and its shops, green market, good restaurants and lovely cafes in its narrow alleyways. The town’s sandy and pebble beaches are there, too; while many more along Rivera, all within short driving distance. Having an easy access to the motorway junction as well as to the main coastal road, the holiday home is conveniently located for touring around Central Dalmatia region, but also for visiting some of the nearby islands by boat excursions from Omiš.
