The 2-room apartment in Stein offers enough space to relax, cook and relax. In this recently, lovingly renovated apartment, every stressed city dweller will find the necessary relaxation. The apartment offers 2 Baltic Sea vacationers the opportunity to recharge the batteries. The vacation on the Baltic Sea is perfect with the beautiful sea view of the Baltic Sea.

The apartment consists of a combined living / sleeping area with a new kitchen unit with ceramic hob and dishwasher, a separate bedroom with and a large bathroom with shower and towel dryer.

Here you can only receive the public service programs (ARD, ZDF, arte, third party programs).

From 01/01/2020, the municipality of Stein will levy a municipal expense tax in the form of a tourism tax / accommodation tax. The tourism tax / accommodation tax is 4% of the rental price, we as intermediaries are obliged to collect the tourism tax / accommodation tax from you and pay it to the Probstei office.
The tourism tax / accommodation tax is not a spa tax, for example, no spa card is issued and there are no additional services available in connection with the tax. The beach is still free of visitor's tax.

sehr erholsam. FEWO geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Allerdings erhebliche Mängel im Bad (Armaturen z.T. defekt und Dusche mangelhaft) Leider scheint auch der Boden "noch nie" gewischt sondern immer nur gesaugt worden zu sein. Schade, dass dadurch der gute Gesamteindruck beeinträchtigt ist.
