Transportation in the area is convenient, but guests should plan to bring their own vehicle. Both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg offer easy-to-use trolley systems that run frequently and provide access to shopping, dining, attractions, and entertainment. Guests can drive into town, park at designated trolley stops, and ride the trolley to avoid traffic and parking hassles during busy seasons.

While the trolleys are a great option once you’re in town, personal transportation is necessary to access the cabin and explore the surrounding area. Mountain roads can be steep and winding, and during winter months a 4x4 or AWD vehicle is recommended if snow or icy conditions are forecasted. Ride-share services are limited in the area, especially late at night or in rural locations, so having your own car ensures the most flexibility and comfort during your stay.

Security Cameras & Monitoring: The property has exterior security cameras located at entry, driveway, parking, and the front doorbell.
All exterior cameras monitor outdoor areas only and do not view the hot tub or private outdoor spaces.
The arcade multicade system contains a disabled internal camera from a former photo booth feature. This camera is non-operational and does not record, monitor, or transmit video or audio. The ADT security system panel also contains a built-in camera that is not recording.
There are no active cameras inside the home.
Booking Requirements: After booking, you are required to sign our Rental Agreement and provide a government-issued photo ID. You must also complete our Pre-Arrival form with the names of all guests in your party.
Property Access: A government-issued photo ID is required at the gate to the property.
Check-in/Check-out: Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee. All requests must be approved in advance and are subject to availability. Unapproved late checkouts after 10 AM will result in a charge of a minimum of one night's stay.
Potential Fees: Please be aware that fees will be charged for rule violations. This includes a $500 fee for unauthorized pets, a $500 fee for smoking remediation, $750 hot tub cover damage fee, and a $150 per person, per day fee for exceeding the maximum occupancy. Additional charges may apply for damages, excessive cleaning, or tampering with safety equipment.
