Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
HORRIBLE! Like sleeping in an ASHTRAY ... with a blunt in it. Arrived at 5 p.m. startled to find a young couple inside who claimed to be the cleaning crew. The fresh smell of cleaning products covered up the smoke smell initially. Returned several hours later to be hit like a smoky brick by the horrifically strong and disgusting smell of stale cigarette/weed smoke. The next morning we promptly moved ourselves and our stuff out and requested a full refund. NO RESPONSE. The place is listed as a NON-smoking unit that sleeps 4. There is a full size bed and a crappy couch. It's basically a smoking unit that sleeps 2. You should not stay here unless you're a heavy smoker! Currently trying to get a refund.
