Points positifs : - Appartement très bien placé, à 10 minutes à pied de la gare, 5min de commerces, boulangerie, restaurants, casino et plage. - Réception des clés rapide et agréable avec renseignements supplémentaires sur le logement. - Pièces de l'appartement propres, très bon éclairage (4 fenêtres). - Ruelle calme. Points négatifs : - Vaisselle mal lavée (grasse avec des taches), nous avons dû tout renettoyer. - Moule en fer rouillé, marmites griffonnées : à changer. - Isolation légère : bruits avoisinants peuvent être facilement entendus.

Très bien situé, dans une ruelle très calme. Plage à 100m. Bien équipé. Cage d'escalier un peu étroite mais ça on y peu rien, c'est Trouville :) Les seules c deux petites choses qui nous ont un peu dérangés c'est le radiateur de la chambre un peu trop proche du lit et le manque de matelas pour bébé.

Positif -L'appartement est beau -l'emplacement est top par rapport à la plage et la ville Négatif -Pas de parking si vous êtes véhiculé. -La voisine ou la propriétaire du bien ( comme elle s'est présenté est venuele premier jour à 9h00 pour nous dire ne ramenez pas du sable avec vous de la plage car elle va faire la serpillière pour les escaliers. Pas de lit pour bébé si vous prévoyez voyager avec un bébé
