This Kitty Hawk house boasts 3 inviting bedrooms, including a king bed and two queen beds. Guests enjoy two bathrooms and a marvelous living room featuring a comfy sofa bed. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC. Whether relaxing indoors or gathering with friends, this fabulous space offers a wonderful home away from home. A short walk to the end of the road to a public beach access. The home is recently renovated and like brand new. It offers an outdoor shower as well with a changing area. Underneath the house boasts an inviting outdoor living area with plenty of seating, as well as a television. Also included is a washer and dryer. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

We had a wonderful time in the OBX, despite four days of bad weather from the nor’easter! The house is beautiful, very well equipped, and just a 3-minute walk from the beach. The owners are super sweet, thoughtful, and caring. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay—we’ll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. This beach house was clean, cozy and decorated so cute! It’s just a short 3 minute (give or take) walk to the beach. They had beach chairs, an umbrella, small coolers and a beach cart for getting set up on the beach. We didn’t need these items but appreciated that they were there.We found board games in the cabinet and enjoyed playing cornhole downstairs while watching TV. It was very comfortable and we would definitely rent this place again!

10/10 would recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a fabulous stay in Kitty Hawk/OBX! We LOVED our stay. The cottage had literally everything we needed for our mini-spring break. It was impeccably clean and the decor was so chic! Being just 2 blocks from the beach was amazing!! The owners could not have been nicer. So easy to communicate with. Can’t wait to stay here again!

My husband and I wished we had more time at this beautiful home that was in a perfect location for us: quiet area, easily accessible, right by the most gorgeous expanse of beach imaginable. We loved the neighborhood ice cream spot and the burger joint and open mic night. The house is well-appointed and super comfy. The host went above and beyond with direct, personal communication. We can't wait to return! It was our first time to the Outer Banks and this stay made us true converts!

I would highly recommend this property. The owner allowed us to get in early because the cleaners were done sooner than planned. He had good communication with me. The place was very clean. The property decor was beautiful and very soothing. Furniture, in both living room and bedrooms, was extremely comfortable. Each bedroom had their own TV, nice ceiling fans, and wireless chargers next to the beds. The kitchen was very well stocked. We were able to find everything we needed. We were impressed by the beach accessories here, especially the beach cart, which helped transport a lot of stuff back and forth each day. There were coolers, beach chairs, an umbrella, corn hole boards, and toys. The outdoor space on the deck and under the house are really nice. We enjoyed evenings on the swings. My daughter took almost all her showers in the outdoor shower. It was big and super convenient to clean off all the sand after a day at the beach. I was worried that the walk back and forth to the beach would be a pain, but it never took more than 3 minutes. It is not far and an easy walk. The beach was not over crowded. This place was perfect for my group of 6 and I would highly recommend it. You can tell the owners take great care of the place and want to provide a wonderful experience for their renters.

Jason and his wife were super accommodating and it was a pleasure staying at their place so close to the ocean. The house was spacious, clean, and well furnished with all the amenities you could think of. The location was great being only a couple short blocks from the beach while also being right off the main road. Highly recommended - one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at in the Outer Banks

Why they chose this property

Until you experience it, you won't believe it. The house sits on a private road, with little to no traffic. The trees in the back yard keep it cool, and provide a shaded relaxation area. The walk to the beach will take you about 2 minutes...close enough to run home for a bathroom break and snack.

What makes this property unique

There are very few homes on the beach with this much privacy. The back yard is a perfect spot for getting away from it all.
