INDOOR LIVING AREA
The large, inviting living room is great for playing games, watching movies, or reading in front of the large front window we lovingly refer to as the “cafe” (equally great for wine or coffee drinking). Furnished with a sofa with chaise lounge, two large window chairs, plush bench seat, and 42” TV with Roku.

KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is comfortably stocked with equipment and supplies for your culinary needs, as well as a built-in dinette that fits the whole family. Enjoy walking to Phinney Ridge (Friday afternoon) or Ballard (Sunday morning) farmers markets and preparing a summer feast, or grab take out at any of the restaurants in walking distance and dine al fresco at home.

BEDROOMS AND BATH
Our home sleeps 5 adults or a family of 5-6 comfortably. The front bedroom has two windows that provide lots of light and a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a dresser, and a pocket door to the bathroom. There is a third, smaller bedroom in the back with huge windows facing the back yard, a twin size day bed, and a desk for quiet workspace. The full bathroom has a combo tub/shower.

OUTDOOR LIVING AREAS
Our home has as much living space outside as inside with a covered front porch with swing, and a large private backyard. There is an upper deck off the back of the house with ample seating and a grill. Enjoy grilling while the family hangs out on the deck, which has a gate to keep folks where you want them.

Below is a large sunken patio great for bikes and scooters, as well as a second seating area that is covered with lights. The large lawn is perfect for sports, running and rolling around, or naps in the grass. There is a gated dog run on one side of the house to keep the pet business out of the lawn and play space. In the evening, enjoy unwinding with a campfire in the backyard, with or without smores.
