- Two Enclosed Beach Showers with Hot and Cold Water under the house, ample off street parking. Attached Mother-in-law Apartment adds to the variety of arrangements, the Apartment has a Separate Kitchen/Living Area, One-and-a-half Bedrooms, and a Full Bath, the Beach Access is Wheel-chair Friendly...we have a pool and a flat screen tv in most bedrooms as well as living areas!

Why Steve and Carly David chose Isle of Palms
The house is located DIRECTLY across a dead-end street from the ocean and the beach access is right in front of the screened porch and deck. You are 10 seconds from the water!!! There are ocean views from all over the house, and there is a private pool in the back yard. Also because the shops and restaurants are a block away, the location is perfect!!!
What makes this House unique
We live just a block from the beach house, so we are close by if you need ANYTHING.
