Spacious apartments (79-117 sqm) in a detached house with a view of the old town and some of the lake.
Each apartment has two bedrooms with double beds or two single beds. The Fewo 3 (upper floor) extends over two levels with a gallery, in which next to an open space that invites to play and a guest toilet there is another separate room with two single beds.
Apartments 2 and 3 have parquet floors and full new kitchens. The spacious bathrooms are equipped with double sinks, rain showers and underfloor heating. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living and dining areas create an overall bright and friendly atmosphere.
Parking spaces are directly at the house and a garage for parking bicycles.
The house was completely rebuilt in 2019, expanded and equipped to a high standard and provided with spacious terraces.
