The Second Bedroom also offers a king-size bed, ideal for couples or guests. The Third Bedroom provides a cozy haven with a single bed, perfect for a child or individual. The property includes a dedicated office space for those needing to work or simply a quiet area to read. The living room is designed as a shared space where you can relax and socialize. Bathrooms are plentiful, including a Master Bathroom, a Shared Full Bathroom, and a convenient Office Half Bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. Another shared bathroom also houses laundry facilities. Outside, enjoy the waterfront views from the patio, or gather around the fire pit for evening gatherings. The property also features a private pier, perfect for boat parking and easy access to water activities. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, is ready for preparing delicious meals.



Guest Access:

You will receive access code to the smartlock two days prior your arrival. The entire house is available for guests. Locked cabinets are for housekeeping/owners access only. Free parking is available in the driveway.
