Great little apartment!

This is a nice little apartment that met our needs! Great location, right across the street from the train station which made travel so easy. Bakery nearby, market around the corner. Beds very comfortable and rooms were private. One set up as dining area, one set up as sitting area. Nice little restaurant next door (we ate there 2 meals!). The traffic noise is loud so take earplugs. Communication with host was great. Listing is very accurate. We would stay here again!

Die Wohnung ist sehr verkehrsgünstig und zentral gelegen. Sie liegt allerdings an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße direkt ggü. einem Hochbahnhof. Die Fenster fangen viel ab, aber Oropax für die Nacht ist empfehlenswert. Ausstattung und Einrichtung zweckmäßig, Küche zum Kochen gut geeignet, Gläser und Besteck reichen aber nur für eine Mahlzeit. Wir haben die Zeit in der schönen Wohnung genossen. Familie Fischer aus Berlin

schöne Wohnung, gut gelegen

Sehr schöne Wohnung, großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr guter für Stadttouren, allerdings an einer sehr verkehrsreichen Hauptstraße gelegen. Lautstärke war bei geschlossenen Fenstern aber akzeptabel. Angenehmer und schneller Kontakt zu den Vermietern.

Guter Ausgangspunkt

Sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegene, große und saubere Wohnung, komfortable Matratzen und alles da, was man so beim Städtetrip braucht. Guter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung Wiens, da U-Bahn und Tram fast direkt vor der Tür halten. Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Hat uns gut gefallen.

Vom Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung kann mann nur abraten. 4 Spurige Verkehrstrasse Tag und Nacht nur Lärm Nachts gemessene db 54-65 mann kann kein Auge zu machen. Die Frechheit ist, es gibt keinen Hinweis auf den Lärm. Wir fordern von Ihnen Schadensersatz. Bitte um Rückmeldung Ihrerseitz.

Die Ferienwohnung ist hell und freundlich ,und sauber.Allerdings liegt sie an der Hauptstraße . Sie ist gut eingerichtet.Gegenűber der U Bahn und Straßenbahn.Schnell kommt man űberall hin.Lebensmittelgeschäfte,Bäckereien sind in der Nähe .Parken am besten im Parkhaus.

Geräumige Wohnung mit voller Ausstattung und verkehrsgünstiger Lage

Wir haben als Familie eine Wienbesichtigung gemacht und dafür war die Wohnung perfekt. Sie ist sauber und schön möbliert, gut ausgestattet und hat auch alle nötigen Küchenutensilien, Spülmaschine und sogar eine Waschmaschine. Die Zimmer sind groß und es gibt genügend Schränke. Sehr gefallen hat uns auch die gute Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. Gerne beim nächsten Wien-Besuch wieder. Es ist lediglich zu bedenken, dass die Wohnung an einer viel befahrenen Straße liegt. Dafür ist die Ubahn und Straßenbahn in die Innenstadt quasi direkt vor der Tür.

Gute Ausgangslage für Städtetouren

Tolle Lage direkt neben U- und S-Bahn Haltestelle, prima Essen unten in der BrauBar mit fairen Preisen, Hofer und Spar ein paar Meter weiter… müde Füße nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt werden hier nicht noch weiter geplagt. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Zimmer groß und Betten bequem. Für uns blieben keine Wünsche offen. Vor der großen Straße hatten wir etwas Bedenken, was den Lärm betrifft, aber die Fenster halten den Lärm gut draußen, so dass nur ein Hintergrundgeräusche zu hören ist, das weder uns noch die Kinder beim schlafen stöhnte. Danke für sehr schöne Tage in Wien

Perfekte Wohnung für einen Urlaub in Wien

Die Wohnung mit einer Geschichte (hohe Decken, Parkettboden, alte Fließen im Hausflur) in einer perfekten Lage (viele Geschäfte in der Nähe, eine U-Bahn Station gegenüber der Wohnung). Wir waren 2 Erwachsene + 2 Jugendliche + ein Hund (Wien ist super hundefreundlich!). Für 4 Personen gibt es genug Platz (2 Zimmer mit 2 großen Betten, sehr bequem). Die Wohnung war super sauber und geräumig. Die Straße ist gut befahren, aber das stört in der Nacht nicht, da die Fenster gut schallisoliert sind. Check-in und Check-out war super leicht, da wir den Schlüssel einfach im Cafe im Haus abholen sollten. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war auch problemlos, alle Fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet! In der Nähe der Wohnung gibt es einen Parkplatz (20 Euro/24 Stunden), den man Montag-Freitag benutzen kann. Die Wohnung kann ich ohne Zweifel weiter empfehlen! Ich bin erstaunt, dass es keine anderen Bewertungen gibt (??) und freue mich, die erste positive Bewertung hier verfassen zu können:)
