The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
We are not responsible for personal items left behind. If you require us to mail them back to you, we can do so. Guest will pay for shipping and handling charges.
After check-out, you can still use the outside shower for an extra hour.
We do not recommend diving or swimming in front of the house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
