My mom and I had a fabulous 4 night stay at this apartment. 10 minute walk to the PATH station (spent a lot of time in NYC) safe neighborhood and lots of dining options. Our 2 favorites were Razza (amazing pizza! Reservations highly recommended) and Cafe Madelaine. The apartment had amble storage, comfortable furniture and it was super clean. We used both the heat and A/C units which worked perfectly. The host is very attentive and communicated well.

Fantastic location for sightseeing in NYC with local cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The property is in a neighborhood that feels very safe, with many families around, and relatively quiet for its proximity to the city. Getting into Manhattan was easy via the ferry or Holland tunnel. The hosts lefts many cute and thoughtful touches throughout, with coffee supplies and filtered water stocked in the kitchen, toiletries in the bathroom and a helpful local guide. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with great water pressure and a nice shower. There is no parking provided, but on-street parking is free on the weekends in the neighborhood. We did have some difficulty finding a spot on Saturday so be prepared to walk a few blocks.
