This great home is the perfect home base for your trip to Naples. Guests will enjoy three comfortable bedrooms, each featuring (1) queen bed in master bedroom, (1) queen bed in second bedroom and 2 full size beds in the third bedroom, all three bathrooms are equipped with bath accessories and hair dryers for added convenience, big closets, clean and sanitized sheets and blankets, laundry room, kitchen, living room and dining room. The space stays comfortable year-round with air conditioning and heating sometimes because in Florida you really don't need heat. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or getting ready for a day out, this delightful house offers everything you need. Experience what Naples has to offer with a stay in this home. LOTS OF private and public GOLF courses and tons shopping, Golfing between the months of May 1 - October 31, the fees are very low. Beaches like Marco Island, Vanderbilt beach and Naples beach are less than 10 miles away, beautiful white sandy beaches and beautiful sunsets every night. Restaurant and bar on site at the pool area for your convenience. Patio has a relaxing area with table and chairs for a relaxing time with a book. Two car garage and plenty of parking in front of the home. There will be additional fees for an application transfer for rentals over 30 days. It's like having your own one family home, very friendly and quite area. Close to 41 where you will find all restaurants and shopping. Few miles away to 5th Ave, third Street and Mercato with lots of activities and restaurants. Boating to Keewayden Island is the best, private or public rides to close islands, Naples Zoo, Celebration Park, Goodland, Island of Capri, the list is endless. The amenities can only be used if you rent more than 30 days.
