The approx. 150 year old house is located in the immediate vicinity of the island museum, the pretty Plaza Alameda with the replica of the Santa Maria, the Columbus ship, which houses the maritime museum, and the long city beach. The beautiful market hall and the Plaza de España are also not far away. All the shops are close by, as are the typical restaurants and bars and cafés.
