King bed in master bedroom, full bath with walk-in shower , guest room has queen size bed, hall bath with a tub-shower combo. Central heat/air, WiFi . Completely furnished . No steps, all one level. All in a 55+ community. 30 day minimum stay. No smoking . Small non-shedding dog (under 25lbs ) allowed. Tenant will be required to complete application and short-term lease .
