Turn off the lights and lock the doors

If you used the fire pit, please be sure all trash is removed to avoid an extra cleaning fee.
If you used the grill, please be sure it is clean and ready for the next person to avoid an extra cleaning fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Grill use-feel free to use the grill! Leave the grill clean for the next tenants to avoid a $50 grill cleaning fee. Cleaning supplies are in garage.
Feel free to use the fire pit! Lots of stores near by for supplies. Leave the fire pit clean upon leaving to avoid a $50 fire pit cleaning fee.
