Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please strip all used sheets/pillowcases & place them in the washing machine. No laundry detergent is needed. It is prefilled. Once washed place the sheets/pillowcases in the dryer before leaving.
Place the dirty towels, washcloths in the bathtub/shower before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

My wife and I have been married for 30 years. We have two children who have wonderful spouses. We have 4 grandkids. We live in Mississippi. We have a beautiful vacation home in Alabama that we enjoy sharing. It’s too beautiful not to let other people enjoy since we do not stay there full-time.
Why they chose this property
The home is located on flat land right on the Tennessee river, which is very rare. View is absolutely stunning.
What makes this property unique
It’s on a quiet less busy and calmer water end of the lake in between Counce, TN and Florence, Alabama, Which is a great place to ride 30 minutes to the right up the river to eat at the River boat Restaurant, or a 4 star dining experience at 360 Grille great food and a great boat ride. Take the boat out to the left about 30 minutes to Grand Harbor, Earl’s Grille or Freddie T’s to enjoy a great dining experience in Tennessee. Enjoy a sunset cruise in your boat back to the Lakehouse.
