Your furry friends are welcome here, with a doggy door and a secure, fenced yard. Our home is located in a safe, quiet residential neighborhood with plenty of parks nearby. Foodies will love the variety of dining options within 10 minutes, and if you’re working at Creech or Nellis AFB, commuting is a breeze. Plus, the famous Las Vegas Strip is only 20 minutes away!

Inside, you'll find all-new stainless steel appliances, Smart TVs, and fast WiFi with an Ethernet port for your convenience. For added peace of mind, we have external security cameras around the property. Need to charge your electric vehicle? We’ve got you covered with a 240V outlet in the garage for quick charging. You will have full access to the garage for the entirety of your stay including a remote garage door opener, for your convenience.

Pros: good location, quiet and safe neighborhood, comfortable and clean house, back yard great for pets, great towels, comfy beds. 2 full baths was nice. Kitchen was fully stocked. The neighborhood is nice to walk dogs as well. Lots of food options close by. Considerations: the master bed was a queen not a king. The front yard and backyard were full of weeds. The clothes washer was not fully functioning. No fan for bedrooms. We didn’t get any check in/out instructions and weren’t able to access house upon arrival. However, the hostess was quick to respond and sent us door codes within the hour. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. Thank you!!
Front yard needs some maintenance.
Nice big back yard, great for dogs. Had a covered patio area but it just need some weed maintenance
