Welcome to this newly renovated house in Wellington close to the Wellington Equestrian Festival, shopping and amenities. The largest Publix (yes it has a smoothie, beer, wine bar and food court) is just a 3 minute golf cart ride. Be the FIRST to sleep on cozy sheets and fluffy towels. With three bedrooms featuring a king, queen, and two twin beds, guests find plenty of space to relax including a screened patio to enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail while taking in the sunset. Plenty of yard space for pets and children to play. This tranquil retreat offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your stay. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

We loved our stay in this newly renovated Wellington gem! The rental manager was very responsive and friendly and the sheets and towels were so fresh. We will definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay. Lori was an amazing host and very responsive and helpful from start to finish. The house was spotless, well stocked, and clearly recently remodeled. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for guests.The location is ideal in Wellington. It is centrally located, close to the equestrian center, and near many fun restaurants and places to explore. My family and I had a great time and truly enjoyed the home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

We decided on renting this house for a family function down in Royal Palm. This house was recently renovated and very welcoming with how it is decorated and equipped with high end appliances. The property backs up to a canal with all sorts of birds that we watched from the screened in room. The master bedroom and bathroom on the first floor was very spacious along with the 2 bedrooms and bath on the second floor. The dining area and living room has plenty of room to eat and kick back and there was also a half power room which was nicely decorated in that area also. You can either walk or hop in your car to shopping centers on both sides of the road that has plenty of options. The host Lori was available via text if we needed to contact her during our 5 day stay. We would highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay there again when the need arises.
