The resort is located near Dollywood, which was the reason for our trip. The cabin was easy to access. The furniture was in good shape, but the rugs in the main living/dining area need repair or replacement due to the corners curling/ripping and causing a trip hazard. Unfortunately, the hot tub pictured was not working due to not having been inspected/approved by the HOA prior to our arrival, according to our host. We were able to access the resort's indoor and outdoor pools, but the outdoor hot tub there was not warm either. The linens were good quality, but we had to cycle towels quite often as only 11 bath towels and 4 pool towels were provided for our group of 9. We were glad to have a working washer and dryer in the unit, and the three full bathrooms enabled us to all shower quickly after the pool/theme park. The provided trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and detergent were plenty for our 3 night stay, which was much appreciated. The kitchen was well-appointed, minus the lack of any baking sheets. We were able to prepare meals as planned, with a little creativity. An air fryer would be a nice addition to what is provided, since it is faster than heating up the oven. Overall, it was good for a brief stay, but if you plan to spend a lot of time in the cabin, you might want to make sure the hot tub is available.
