This spacious private lake retreat sits on over 120 feet of private lakefront, offering a peaceful respite with plenty of space to relax, work and play. Enjoy direct access to the water with a private dock suitable for a boat (the marina offers rental pontoons) and a small beach—perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or launching kayaks or paddleboards. This home has all of the benefits of a Clear Lake rental with the privacy and quiet beauty of Round Lake.

​The home features three large bedrooms thoughtfully designed for comfort, each with upholstered chairs. The primary bedroom includes a King-size bed, a private office, a 70-inch Smart TV, and stunning lake views. The second bedroom includes both a Queen bed and a Twin bed, while the third bedroom offers a Queen-over-Queen bunk bed—great for kids or extra guests.

The open-concept living room and kitchen provide a spacious, welcoming area to cook, dine and unwind, featuring another 70-inch Smart TV. The family room has a vaulted ceiling and is full of panoramic windows which enhance the lake view. The wrap around deck is flanked by two large willow trees that sway in the wind. The fully stocked kitchen includes modern appliances, a dishwasher, and all the essentials for preparing meals with ease. A second full-size refrigerator is conveniently located just off the entryway to the garage.

For your privacy and enjoyment, both lots on either side of the home are also owned by the property owner, creating a truly secluded sanctuary where you can relax, entertain, or work remotely without interruption.

What makes this property unique

Both lots on either side of the home are also owned by us, creating a truly secluded waterfront sanctuary. There is a dock available should you wish to rent a boat from the marina, and access to Clear Lake through the bridge, which you can see from the deck.
