Enjoy an amazing sunrise and sunset from the balcony of our Lake James home. This clean and bright lakefront home offers majestic views of the lake during any season. The efficient open floor plan includes vaulted ceilings and a stone fireplace. This 3,000 square foot home has four bedrooms, 3 baths, and sleeps 16. Basement offers extra living area including large TV, and full bath. You can access the lake from the lower level. Enjoy a quiet ride across the lake in a kayak or go fishing off the dock in front of the cottage. The cottage is conveniently located close to Pokagon State Park, Tom's Donuts, Yo Yo's Ice Cream, and shopping at Tanger Outlet. Create lasting memories in our lakefront home. We have a pontoon for rent upon request.

Hosted my best friends bachelorette party here! 12 girls stayed here comfortably! We had the best time in the most beautiful home! The host was so sweet and communicative the entire time we were there and while preparing for our trip. Beautiful view, great place to stay for a weekend get away

We had the best time! Rented a pontoon boat to see the lake, went to the sandbar and had a blast! The yard was perfect for nightly bonfires and s’mores. Kids were able to swim into the evening off the dock while we played glow in the dark bocce ball. We also went hiking at Pokagan. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Our host was responsive with any questions we had. One of our best family trips for sure!

I would highly recommend. We were part of a group of 16 and we have gone on a yearly boat trip for almost 40 years. The accommodations were perfect. The place was tastefully decorated, clean, and easy to access from both the road and water. Laura went above and beyond giving us early access to the place since the weather was rainy. I give this home a definite thumbs up and hope to rent again in the future.

Overall, this property was amazing! We had a group of 13 adults and the home was plenty big. You cannot beat the view the lake has to offer. The host was extremely responsive to any questions that arose. Would highly recommend!

Awesome lakefront home

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. The owners were very nice and responsive and the home had everything we needed and more. We had so much fun trying paddle boards, kayaks, and taking the pontoon out for a few rides. We highly recommend this home!

Family Time

The location was perfect for the eight of us, the house was immaculate, and the owner was easily acccesible. We especially enjoyed the wildlife and the wonderful fire pit. We are already talking about a return trip.

Perfect location, great house, wonderful view of the lake

The property was very clean, house had plenty of space and room to sleep for our four families and kids. Kitchen was well stocked, had everything we needed. Owners were easy to communicate with. Location is right around the corner from the sand bar and the views of the lake were amazing and very relaxing. Would definitely rent this property again!

Perfect Lake Home for a Family Vacation!

We had a great experience with this rental. The house has a beautiful lake view, nice front yard, plenty of space, and dock access for boating. The owner was very communicative even though not much was needed with everything ready to go. Having used several VRBO rentals and other properties on Lake James, I would highly recommend this property.

Great Lake location with amazing view!

This lake house was huge with plenty of space for everyone. The location was secluded and right next to a beautiful state park along with a short drive to restaurants and downtown. The owners were extremely nice and communicated well. They were also very flexible. We will 100% VRBO here again.
