Welcome to Gerber Lake Home! WE WILL NOT BOOK SUMMER 2024 UNTIL SUMMER 2023 AFTER GIVING PAST GUESTS PRIORITY. 7 night rentals, Friday to Friday, are required from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Escape the hustle and bustle of life to this large, lakefront home on Jimmerson Lake which is on the Lake James chain. This 6 bedroom, 4 bath 4600 square foot home has lots of space to relax and have fun. It has 2 separate living rooms each with its own tv. The upper level entertainment area includes a pool table, hoop shoot game, and a recently added dart board. The beautiful kitchen, which overlooks the lake, has granite counter-tops and is fully furnished. All linens are provided except beach towels.

Enjoy our updated fire pit area and spacious patio with new furniture, 2 tables seating 4 people each with umbrellas, 1 larger table seating 8 people with an umbrella, mini bar with stools, gliders and a tree swing.

The sparkling, in-ground swimming pool with retractable cover is the perfect place to stay cool and have fun. Heated pool is open May - October (*Weather Permitting*) The large patio has a year-round hot tub, tables and chairs to enjoy dining outside or pack some firewood to relax around the fire pit while roasting marshmallows in the evening.

This home is minutes away from shopping, restaurants, Pokagon State Park, movie theaters, winery, and many other area attractions. It is also close to the Public Boat Access to launch your boat. A state park pass is included and 2 kayaks and a jon row boat are available for your enjoyment.

We loved it!

We were a group of five families traveling for a long weekend together. This property was even better than expected! We all had our own spaces in the house, and it fit our group perfectly without ever feeling crowded. The outdoor space is amazing, and we hope to come back in summer to enjoy the pool and lake, too. The hosts had wonderful communication. Thanks for sharing your lovely home!

Amazing Home

We got together to celebrate our dad's 80th birthday and Mother's Day. The house is perfect for a big group and the pool, hot tub, kayaks and amazing outdoor space provided ample activities without leaving the property! The inside and outside spaces had more than enough seating for all of us and this meant we could eat meals together and enjoy games. The Wi-Fi was out for reasons the owner could not control but even the teens with us did not notice! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your lake house with our family.

A great holiday gathering space!

We loved gathering our far flung family in this home for the holidays. It was decorated for Christmas so we had a place for our presents and stockings. The kitchen had all the dishes, pots, and pans to make our feast (and coffee maker for mom and dad). All the kids had beds to rest in. It was clean and tidy, not a speck of dust in the place! The proximity to pokagon and the Tobaggoning Run was perfect. We enjoyed seeing the ducks and swans swim past at breakfast time. A great place with a beautiful view

Perfect holiday gathering

We held our family gathering for the holiday here and was wonderful! The younger children and teens enjoyed the game room and the adults could relax and chat in the large living area on main floor. Kitchen was well stocked. Hot tub was perfect for chilly nights. Home had everything we needed and more - the Christmas decorations made the weekend even more festive!

Family Getaway

This was our second year staying here and we love it. We have been looking for a place to return to every year for our yearly family getaway and we have found it. The place is definitely everything it's advertised as. There's plenty of room for our family of 10 with loads of entertainment. The house and grounds are well maintained and clean. We love this place!! Thanks to Brittany for all the help!
