This high-quality and modern 2-room apartment for a maximum of two adults and a toddler up to 3 years - located on the ground floor - has a separate bedroom with a box spring bed. The interior bathroom offers the comfort of a large walk-in shower. The combined living room is equipped with an open kitchen with island and extractor hood, the living area with a comfortable sofa, flat screen and extra relaxation bed to the window front.

Each individual room impresses with its spacious layout and the materials used. The floor-to-ceiling window front invites you to open and linger all year round.

Schöne Wohnung mit Abstrichen

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut eingerichtet, die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz immer wieder neu eine Mutprobe. Die Kaffeemaschine ist für kleine Mengen ungeeeignet, da der Kaffee nur lauwarm ist:-(. Hier hat mir ein geeignetes Gerät gefehlt. Die Nähe zur Strasse und zu den Fußgängern hat mir in der Erdgeschosswohnung nicht gefallen. Die Aussicht aber war grandios. Schade, dass man sie nicht ungehindert genießen konnte, da man durch die Lage ohne Sichtschutz auf dem Präsentierteller war. Die jeweilige Sonderfahrt nach Laboe zur Schlüsselübergabe habe ich als lästig empfunden. Fazit: Ich komme gern wieder, aber auf keinen Fall ins Erdgeschoss.
