This high-quality and modern 2-room apartment for a maximum of two adults - in the 2nd Floor located - has 1 separate bedroom with box spring bed and walk-in balcony. The large daylight bathroom has a walk-in shower. The very spacious living room is combined with an open kitchen (island with extractor hood and dining area). In the living area you will find a comfortable sofa area and armchairs, which are oriented towards the balcony and the flat screen.
Each individual room impresses with its spacious layout and the materials used. The floor-to-ceiling window front invites you to open and linger all year round.

Your car will find its place behind the building - the access is max. 2.30 m wide! A bicycle parking space is also available here.

Super tolle Wohnung die fast keIne Wünsche offen lässt. Tolle Lage, traumhafter BlIck und alles auch ohne Auto Erreichbar. Für ältere besucher auch toLl da mit dem fahrstuhl auch keine hürden zu meistern sind. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: Topflappen, Weizenbiergläser und eine zweite Liege oder TerrAssenstuhl wäre toll damit man zusammen Auf der terrasse sein kann. Wir kommen Auf jeden fall wieder!
