About this property
Wonderful 3-bedroom mountain chalet in Palmer
This beautiful chalet, on private Wolverine Lake, is located just 60 miles north of Anchorage International airport. It is surrounded by the Chugach mountain range with wonderful mountain views. It is rare to see anyone on the lake and with over 3 miles of shoreline there is plenty of room to explore. Guests are welcome to use the canoe or kayaks to enjoy the lake. Life Jackets are provided. If you have fishing gear, you are welcome to fish the lake as there are plenty of native trout ton be caught. Alaska fishing license required, and all local regulations must be followed.
There is a walk-in basement space on the first floor that is not included in the rental. This space is separated by 2 locked doors, and it will never be occupied while guest are renting.
We have 2 separate structures on the property which are both vacation rental properties. The Hot tub and game room are shared spaces.
